Shipping Policies

  • Most of the packages will be shipped the same business day or the next business day. All Shipping prices on http://www.aquascience.net/ are for UPS Ground shipping within the continental USA. Please contact us for all international shipping quotes at info@aquascience.net.
  • Special order items might take up to two weeks to ship. In such cases, We will contact you and inform you of the estimated date of shipment.
  • All Packages will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Larger Pressure Tanks will be shipped via trucks
  • We ship all products insured.
  • It is the responsibility of the receiver to check the shipment upon its receipt to make sure there are no missing items or damage to any of the items. Damages should be reported immediately to Aqua Science. We will not be able to file a claim with the carrier if damages are not reported within 3 days of receipt of the shipment.

Return Policy

  • Please contact us at 1-800-767-8731 to get our authorization before returning a product.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • There will be no returns on special order items.
  • A minimum restocking fee of $24.95 or 10% of the original cost of the material, whichever is greater, will be charged to the account. No returns will be accepted after the 30 days of purchase of the item. Items must be in the same condition they were shipped in.
  • All items to be returned must be in the original packaging and contain all related components.
  • Used equipment will not be accepted for return.
  • Larger Pressure tanks that are shipped via truck cannot be returned
  • There will be no returns on international shipments.
  • There will be no returns on used filter cartridges.
  • There will be no returns on Ultraviolet Sterilizers, UV Lamps and Quartz Sleeves - New or Used
  • Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • We strongly advise the purchaser to insure the item as we will not be held responsible for damaged or lost merchandise.
