Return Policy

 

Please contact us at 1-800-767-8731 to get our authorization before returning a product.

All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

There will be no returns on special order items.

A minimum restocking fee of $24.95 or 10% of the original cost of the material, whichever is    greater, will be charged to the account. No returns will be accepted after the 30 days of   purchase of the item.

Used equipment will not be accepted for return.

Larger Pressure tanks that are shipped via truck cannot be returned

There will be no returns on international shipments.

There will be no returns on used filter cartridges.

There will be no returns on Ultraviolet Sterilizers, UV Lamps and Quartz Sleeves - New or Used

Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We strongly advise the purchaser to insure the item as we will not be held responsible for    damaged or lost merchandise.
