Franklin FPS4400 Series pumps have a SAND HANDLING CAPABILITY that prevents them from getting clogged up with Sand and Sediment from the well. Pump comes with a 5 year warranty.
This pump features the new Tri-seal floating stage system. This new stage system further improves efficiency and protects against wear when pumping abrasives (sand)

300 Series stainless steel hub floats with the impeller maintaining a positive seal.

Phenolic washer provides down-thrust protection.

Celcon impeller provides high efficiency performance and abrasion resistance

Noryl diffuser and disc - Proven abrasion resistant material

Floating stage design allows impeller to float independently

Removable, spring loaded check valve

Maximum water temperature 120°F

Ceramic shaft sleeve and rubber discharge bearing protect shaft and eliminate sand wear.

Intermediate bearing included in 5-25 gpm units greater than 24" in length and/or 2 HP and higher to provide improved shaft stability.

Thermoplastic impellers and stages for maximum efficiency.

Stainless Steel models include removable check valve systems.

Urethane eye and hub seals are abrasive resistant allowing abrasives or sand to pass through each stage without wear or damage.

Powered by corrosion-resistant Franklin motors.

Removable suction screen on thermoplastic and stainless steel units. Screens prevent impellers from clogging up with debris and provide full flow performance. |
